Accessing WoPora

How to access WoPora on any device --- no installation required.

Accessing WoPora

WoPora is a web-based application --- there is nothing to download or install. You open it in a browser, just like a website.

Browser Requirements

WoPora works on all modern browsers. No plugins or extensions required.

Avoid: Internet Explorer is not supported.

Required Browser Features

Make sure these are enabled (they usually are by default):

  • -�� JavaScript --- Required for all functionality
  • -�� Cookies --- Required for login sessions
  • -�� Local Storage --- Required for offline timesheet mode
  • -�� Camera --- Required if your kiosk uses face verification
  • -�� Location Services (GPS) --- Required if your organisation uses geofencing for clock-in

If you're blocked on a corporate network, ask your IT team to allowlist the WoPora domain.


Mobile Phones and Tablets

WoPora is fully mobile-responsive. Staff can use the portal on any phone or tablet without installing an app.

On iPhone or iPad (Safari)

  1. Open Safari and navigate to wopora.com/staff
  2. Sign in with Google OAuth or email/password
  3. Optional: Add to Home Screen for app-like access:
    • Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
    • Tap "Add to Home Screen"
    • WoPora appears as an icon on your home screen

On Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome and navigate to wopora.com/staff
  2. Sign in with your account
  3. Optional: Add to Home Screen:
    • Tap the three-dot menu (-��) in Chrome
    • Tap "Add to Home Screen"
    • WoPora appears as a shortcut

Tablet for Kiosk Use

If your organisation uses a shared tablet as a kiosk:

  • Navigate to wopora.com/clock
  • The kiosk screen launches automatically

Offline Access

WoPora's staff portal supports offline timesheet entry --- staff can enter hours without internet and data syncs automatically when they reconnect.

No Account Yet?

If you haven't received a login invitation:

  • Staff: Ask your manager or HR team --- they invite you via email
  • Managers/Admins: Your organisation admin sends an invitation from the dashboard

Once invited, check your email for the invitation link to set up your account.


Troubleshooting Access Issues

Can't open the login page

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser
  • Confirm the URL with your admin

"Access denied" after signing in

  • Your account may not have the correct role
  • Contact your organisation's admin to check your user permissions

Kiosk not loading at /clock

  • The device must be registered first --- see Devices & Kiosk
  • Check the device has an internet connection (or use offline mode)

Page loads but features are broken

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Ensure JavaScript and cookies are enabled
  • Try an incognito/private window to rule out extension conflicts
