Profile & Account Settings
Manage your personal profile, password, notification preferences, and organisation settings in WoPora.
Profile & Account Settings
Your profile contains your personal details, authentication settings, and notification preferences. Access it by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of any WoPora page.
Personal Details
- Click your avatar -> Profile
- Update: full name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Click Save Changes
Changing your email address requires email verification. A confirmation link will be sent to the new address.
Password Management
Changing Your Password
- Go to Profile -> Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
Forgotten Password
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to your email (expires after 1 hour).
Google / OAuth Sign-In
- Go to Profile -> Security -> Linked Accounts
- Click Connect Google Account and authenticate with Google
- From then on, use Sign in with Google on the login page
Notification Preferences
- Go to Profile -> Notifications
- For each notification type, choose: In-app only, Email only, Both, or Off
- Optionally enable Daily Digest to receive a single daily email summary

Organisation Membership
If you belong to multiple WoPora organisations:
- Click your organisation name in the top bar
- Select the organisation you want to work in
- All data updates to reflect the selected organisation
Your role may be different in each organisation.
PIN Management (Kiosk Clock)
- Go to Profile -> Security -> Kiosk PIN
- Enter and confirm your 4-digit PIN
- Save
Never share your PIN with other employees.
Signing Out
Click your avatar -> Sign Out. For shared devices (like kiosks), always sign out after each session.
