Profile & Account Settings

Manage your personal profile, password, notification preferences, and organisation settings in WoPora.

Profile & Account Settings

Your profile contains your personal details, authentication settings, and notification preferences. Access it by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of any WoPora page.

Personal Details

  1. Click your avatar -> Profile
  2. Update: full name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
  3. Click Save Changes

Changing your email address requires email verification. A confirmation link will be sent to the new address.

Password Management

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Profile -> Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Update Password

Forgotten Password

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to your email (expires after 1 hour).

Google / OAuth Sign-In

  1. Go to Profile -> Security -> Linked Accounts
  2. Click Connect Google Account and authenticate with Google
  3. From then on, use Sign in with Google on the login page

Notification Preferences

  1. Go to Profile -> Notifications
  2. For each notification type, choose: In-app only, Email only, Both, or Off
  3. Optionally enable Daily Digest to receive a single daily email summary
  4. Save

Organisation Membership

If you belong to multiple WoPora organisations:

  • Click your organisation name in the top bar
  • Select the organisation you want to work in
  • All data updates to reflect the selected organisation

Your role may be different in each organisation.

PIN Management (Kiosk Clock)

  1. Go to Profile -> Security -> Kiosk PIN
  2. Enter and confirm your 4-digit PIN
  3. Save

Never share your PIN with other employees.

Signing Out

Click your avatar -> Sign Out. For shared devices (like kiosks), always sign out after each session.
